HPRP Moves to Graham 12/1/2009
The Homelessness Prevention and Rapid Rehousing Program (HPRP) has moved their offices to Loaves & Fishes at 128 West Harden Street, Graham, NC. HPRP assists people who are in danger of becoming homeless or who are already homeless. HPRP is not a program of Loaves & Fishes. Loaves & Fishes is only providing office space for some of the HPRP staff. HPRP is a program of the United Way of Alamance County, Alamance County Community Services Agency and Burlington Development Corporation. HPRP personnel can be reached at (336) 222-0225.
