The Loaves & Fishes Family

“Our kitchen is truly a family kitchen. My eldest son, Stefan, is manager of our Loaves and Fishes Food Shop. My younger son, Kyle, is our mixologist, barman, and wine consultant at the restaurant. My daughter Karina, the youngest, after completing her studies at Le Cordon Bleu in London, is now a butcher at a farm to table establishment in New Jersey. They have become the third generation of our “Loaves and Fishes Family Kitchen”. But, it all goes back to Oma’s bread recipes, and all the other beautiful, healthy, and delicious dishes she passed down to my mother who, while adding her genius, her life-long love of cooking, and her uncommon attention to detail, passed it all down to me.”
